New energy cable manufacturer To share with you, the cable laying should follow the general regulations
In general, the route selection of cables shall comply with the following provisions:
1 The cable shall be protected from mechanical external force, overheating, corrosion and other hazards.
2 Under the condition of meeting safety requirements, the shortest cable path shall be ensured.
3 It shall be convenient for laying and maintenance.
4 It is better to avoid the place where excavation is to be carried out.
5 When the oil filled cable line passes through undulating terrain, it shall ensure that the oil supply device is reasonably configured.
The cable shall meet the requirements of the allowable bending radius of the cable in any laying method and all the changing parts of the route conditions. The allowable bending radius of the cable shall meet the requirements of cable insulation and its structural characteristics. For self contained lead coated oil filled cables, the allowable bending radius can be calculated as 20 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
When there are many cables in the same channel, if they are laid on the multi-layer support on the same side, the following requirements shall be met:
1. According to the voltage level power cable Control and signal cables and communication cables from strong current to weak current shall be arranged from top to bottom. When the horizontal channel contains high-voltage cables above 35kV, or to meet the requirements of allowable bending radius for cables led into the cabinet and panel, it should be arranged in the order of "from bottom to top". In the same project or when the cable channel extends to different projects, it shall be configured in the same upper and lower order.
2 When the number of support layers is limited by the channel space, adjacent voltage level power cables of 35kV and below can be arranged on the same support layer, and power cables of 1kV and below can also be arranged on the same support layer with strong current control and signal cables. 3 When the working and standby cables of the same important circuit are separated by fire resistance, they should be configured on the supports of different layers.
The configuration of cable arrangement on supports on the same layer should meet the following requirements:
1 Control and signal cables can be placed close to or stacked in multiple layers.
2 Except that the same circuit of single core power cable for AC system can be configured in zigzag (trefoil), multiple power cables in the same important circuit should not be stacked.
