2. Usage characteristics:
1. Rated voltage Uo/U: 300/500V, 450/750V, 0.6/1kV;
2. Long term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: 90 ℃, 105 ℃, 125 ℃;
3. In case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5S), the temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃;
4. Cable laying temperature ≥ 0 ℃;
5. Minimum allowable bending radius of cable: single core cable: no armored 20D, armored 15D; Multi core cable: no armored 15D, armored 12D.
3. Product characteristics
3.1 The environmental friendly new generation flame retardant low smoke halogen-free polyolefin of IEC 227 standard is used as the updated insulation product, which has excellent flame retardant, low smoke and low toxicity properties, overcomes the defects of traditional halogen containing polymers that produce a lot of smoke when burning, suffocating people and corroding instruments and equipment, and represents the development trend of today's wires and cables.
3.2 It is especially suitable for use as flame retardant building wires.
The flame retardancy of WDZ-GYJS (F) wire complies with GB/T18380.3 bunched wire and cable combustion test.
The low smoke performance of ZR-IC-GYJS (F) - 105 type wire complies with GB/T 17651 Test on Combustion Smoke Concentration of Wires and Cables.
The low toxicity performance of WDZ-BYJ (F) wire meets the test specified in GB/T 17650. For halogen gas overflow, when it corresponds to one liter of water, the weighted value of PH shall not be less than 4.3, and the weighted value of conductivity shall not exceed 10ms/mm.
3.3 WDZ-GYJS (F): 125 ℃, 150 ℃ temperature class according to different applications.
