1、 Scope of application
This product adopts low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked polyolefin insulation, which is mainly applicable to the power transmission of railway vehicles with AC rated voltage of 3kV and below, and has excellent cold resistance, oil resistance, ultraviolet resistance, low smoke halogen-free, high flame retardant and other characteristics.

3、 Use Properties
1. Rated voltage U0/U is 500V, 750V, 1kV, 1.5kV and 3kV. The rated DC voltage is 1.5 times of the rated AC voltage.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is:
125 ℃ for WDZ-DCYJ-125 and WDZ-DCYJ/B-125 products;
150 ℃ for WDZ-DCYJ/B-150 products.
3. Minimum operating ambient temperature of cable:
WDZ-DCYJ-125 product should not be lower than - 40 ℃;
WDZ-DCYJ/B-125, WDZ-DCYJ/B-150 products should not be lower than - 60 ℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable laying:
When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is 20mm or less, it shall not be less than 3D.
When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is more than 20mm, it shall not be less than 5D.
5. WDZ-DCYJ-125 cable can be used in oil polluted environment; WDZ-DCYJ/B-125 and WDZ-DCYJ/B-150 cables are allowed to be used in harsh environments with various grease pollution and non high concentration acid and alkali pollution.
