Standard: GB/T9330-2008
Purpose: It is used for electric instruments in the targeted devices with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below to control, monitor the back circuit, protect and measure lines, etc.
Use requirements:
1. The long-term allowable working temperature of PVC insulated cable conductor shall not exceed 70 ℃, and XLPE insulated cable conductor
The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 90 ℃.
2. The laying temperature of cable shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
3. Minimum bending radius of PVC insulated control cable:
① The unarmoured cable shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
② The armored or shielded cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
③ The shielded flexible cable shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
4. Minimum bending radius of XLPE insulated control cable:
① The unarmoured cable shall not be less than 8 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
② The armored or shielded cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Product performance:
1.20 ℃ conductor DC resistance shall meet the requirements of GB/T3956-2008.
2. The cable can withstand 50 Hz, 3000 V, 5 min voltage withstand test.
