1、 Mineral insulation flexibility (isolation type) Fireproof cable product mix

one    Peninsula cable NG-A (BTLY) new aluminum sheath or aluminum alloy sheath mineral insulated cable structure:

1)    Copper conductor

2)    Phlogopite tape insulation

3)    Aluminum or aluminum alloy metal sheath

4)    Crosslinked isolation sleeve

5)    Aluminum hydroxide AL (OH) 3 or Mg (OH) 2 refractory layer

6)    Halogen free low pressure flame retardant polyolefin outer sheath

2、 Peninsula cable NG-A (BTLY) aluminum sheathed or aluminum alloy sheathed mineral insulated cable

Shandong Peninsula Cable Co., Ltd. independently developed a new NG-A (BTLY) aluminum sheathed or aluminum alloy sheathed mineral insulated cable based on the traditional BTTZ mineral insulated cable.

one    product mix

1)    The conductor is copper core compacted round stranded conductor

2)    The insulation layer is pure phlogopite tape (no longer compounded with extruded insulation material, so as to eliminate the generation of carbon particles and improve the electrical resistance stability)

3)    Metal sheath aluminum or aluminum alloy isolation layer (not for grounding)

4)    Isolation sleeve (cross-linked insulation)

5)    Refractory layer (non combustible and non fusible expandable inorganic aluminum hydroxide AL (OH) 3 or Mg (OH) 2 covered with flame)

6)    Outer sheath plastic (polyolefin or PVC)

two    Features of the product:

1)    The fire resistance standard can pass the three examinations of British BS6387: no breakdown under 950 ℃ for 3h flame, who can spray for 15min after 650 ℃ for 30min (direct immersion is also acceptable), and who can withstand 15 min knock vibration without damage under 950 ℃ flame, so that the fire resistance performance can fully meet the assessment standard of BTTZ.

2)    The product can produce 1-37 cores in 1.5-6 square meters, 1-5 cores in 10-240 square meters, and single cores in 300-630 square meters. NGA (BTLY) mineral insulated flexible (isolated) cable adopts the continuous forming process of metal sheath in the production process, so that the cable length can meet customer requirements, so that the whole cable can be delivered in a reel without joints.

3)    During installation, the whole pipe can be laid without threading, and it has the same waterproof and impact resistant functions as BTTZ.

4)    It has good anti rat, anti ant and anti radiation functions, which can ensure the stability, long service life and durability of the cable.

5)    The working temperature of NGA (BTLY) mineral insulated flexible (isolated) cable core is lower than that of other types of cables, so the line loss of mineral insulated cables in normal operation is low, which saves energy consumption, and is especially suitable for application in projects with environmental requirements. Inorganic materials widely used in cables are radiation resistant, which can ensure the stability, long life and durability of cables and can be applied to nuclear power and other fields.

6)    Explosion proof. (The highly compacted insulating materials in the cable and the cable terminals installed with special glands can prevent steam, gas and flame from entering the electrical equipment connected to the cable, so they are used for the connection of each other with explosion risk and various explosion-proof equipment and apparatus.)

7)    The metal sheath of NGA (BTLY) mineral insulated flexible (isolated) cable has high corrosion resistance. For most devices, it is not necessary to take additional protective measures, even in places where the metal sheath of the cable is vulnerable to chemical corrosion or serious industrial pollution. Because the outer layer of the cable is protected by a plastic sheath, it is still safe.

8)    High mechanical strength (mineral insulated flexible isolation cable is firm and durable. It can still work normally even if the cable diameter is deformed by one third. Even if it suffers severe mechanical damage, its electrical performance will not be damaged.)

9)    Because of its advanced technology, high production efficiency and low scrap rate, the supply cycle of NGA (BTLY) mineral insulated flexible (isolated) cables can fully meet the requirements.

three    Replacing copper drawing with aluminum or aluminum alloy as the main material isolation layer not only simplifies the process, improves the efficiency, but also greatly reduces the product cost. The reason why aluminum or aluminum alloy can replace copper pipe and cannot be melted under high temperature flame is due to the expansion refractory layer extruded from aluminum alloy: the expansion layer foams and solidifies under the attack of flame, forming a thick barrier to block the direct spraying of flame on aluminum or aluminum alloy isolation layer. Not only the integrity of aluminum or aluminum alloy is preserved, but also the heating temperature of the mica tape is reduced to below 600 ℃, and the insulation stability of the mica tape is undoubtedly improved (the insulation resistance of the mica tape increases with the decrease of temperature).
