Shaoyang overhead insulated cable

Standard: GB/T12527-2008.

Purpose: It is used for overhead power lines with AC rated voltage of 1kV and below.

Use requirements:
1. Long term allowable working temperature of cable conductor:
① PVC insulation and polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 70 ℃.
② Cross linked polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 90 ℃.
2. The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than - 20 ℃.
3. For cables with an outer diameter of less than 25mm, the bending radius shall not be less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable, and for cables with an outer diameter of 25mm or more, the bending radius shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
4. When DC system is used for cables, the rated voltage of the system shall not be more than 1.5 times the rated value of the cable, and the working voltage of the system shall not be more than 1.1 times the rated voltage of the system.
5. The cable can withstand the voltage test of 3.5kV for 1 minute.
