Article 1 Management principle: the company implements the management of product quality The "three inspection system" refers to self inspection by the captain, mutual inspection between the previous and next processes, and special inspection by quality inspectors. Ensure that the quality activities in the whole production process of the company are in a "controlled" state, and require all production personnel and inspectors to follow the "three not let go" principle of quality problems, that is, not let go until the causes are clear, not let go until the responsibilities are clear, and not let go until corrective measures are implemented. At the same time, the quality inspection department shall ensure the traceability of product quality, and all inspection records shall be included and archived.
Article 2 Management form : Self inspection and mutual inspection shall be carried out by the captain of each process, and special inspection shall be carried out by the quality inspection department.
1. Self inspection: the captain shall carry out the first inspection, intermediate inspection and final inspection on the structure and appearance of each product produced by the shift, record the structural parameters and appearance, fill in the manufacturing card and sign the name, stamp the job number if the process quality is qualified, and notify the inspector to hang "Stop" if the process quality is unqualified. After the repair is completed and the quality inspection department verifies that it is qualified, the next process can be started.
2. Mutual inspection: the captain must inspect the semi-finished products of the previous process of the products of this shift, record the relevant structural parameters and appearance conditions, and notify the inspectors to hang "stop" in time if they are unqualified. After the repair is completed, the next process can be started only after it is verified as qualified by the quality inspection department
3. Special inspection: the process inspectors of the Quality Inspection Department must supervise and inspect the products of each process, especially the inspection frequency of the drawing process, the stranding process and the extrusion process is more than that of other processes. The inspectors should fill in the process patrol inspection records for the product quality of each shift, and fill in the unqualified product report form for the products hanging "stop" and report it to the leader in charge of production, And do a good job in verifying the quality of nonconforming products after repair.
Article 3 Penalties:
1. Product quality
① In each process, if any of the following defects occur due to human reasons, the captain will be fined 100 yuan, and other crew members will be fined according to the coefficient; If any of the following defects is not repaired or repaired well for human or non-human reasons, the captain will be fined 100 yuan, and other crew members will be fined according to the coefficient; If the defect of the previous process is not found (should be found) in this process or is not repaired and flows into the next process, this process will be jointly and severally liable, with the same amount of penalty as the defective process, and the loss or adverse impact will be investigated separately.
a、 Refractory layer: loose, folded, too much tape winding, no capping, exposed gap, large outer diameter, etc.
b、 Insulation: thin and thick, uneven thickness, partial core, rough surface, holes, pores, mechanical damage, wrinkling, color mixing, conductor water ingress, material mixing, etc.
c、 Spark: the insulation breakdown point is not repaired well, the large outer diameter after repair, and the breakdown point is not found.
d、 Cabling: the pitch does not meet the process requirements, the roundness is not qualified, the wrapping tape is loose, the wrapping coverage rate is not qualified, the wrapping tape is exposed, severely bent, the cabling wrapping tape, and the filling material is used incorrectly.
e、 Internal protection: hole breaking, disconnection, water ingress, thin thickness, etc.
f、 Shielding (or concentric layer): copper strip (or copper wire) is severely oxidized, the wrapping coverage rate is unqualified, the copper wire (or copper strip) is broken, the specification is wrong, the copper wire is not firmly welded, the copper strip is not welded, and the arrangement is uneven.
g、 Armouring: the width of single layer gap and the overlap of inner and outer layers do not meet the standard requirements, the steel strip curls or curls, the broken joint of steel strip (or steel wire) is not firmly welded, and the welding is not standardized (the steel strip needs 450 welding and the weld remains axial on the cable), the steel strip is rusted, the wrapping is loose, and the steel strip specification is wrong etc. 。
h、 External protection: thin and thick, uneven thickness, rough surface, holes, pores, mechanical damage, wrinkling, knots, large outer diameter, head water ingress, mixed materials.
i、 Printing: the printing is not clear, the spacing does not meet the requirements, the content is misprinted, off printing, code skipping, and the handwriting is distorted.
j、 Strand (including bundle wire): the section is too large, too small, greasy dirt, burrs, shore jumping, scratches, bruises, unqualified pitch, too twisted, loose, large outer diameter, broken wire, insecure welding, broken root and missing wire, inaccurate length, etc.
k、 Wire drawing: single wire diameter deviation, oil stain, unqualified mechanical property, oxidation, oil stain, overfilling, bumping, uneven wire diameter, etc.
l The cable arrangement is uneven , which will affect the next process
② In the suspension of the finished product station, if a minor nonconformity occurs, it can be replaced for delivery according to the above provisions ①; If the finished products are scrapped, the company will seriously deal with the relevant personnel of the responsible process and all subsequent processes, and investigate the responsibilities of the managers at all levels. All personnel shall bear all losses in accordance with this provision.
③ The Quality Inspection Department must inspect the incoming raw materials in accordance with the Raw Material Inspection Specification. Unqualified raw materials are strictly prohibited to be put into production and used, and warehousing procedures are strictly prohibited. Timely notify the warehouse keeper to coordinate with the purchase department to return or replace the goods. The products without raw materials, raw material test reports and certificates shall not be put into production. The purchasing department must coordinate with the material purchaser in a timely manner to avoid production delay. The person in charge of the purchasing department will be fined 200 yuan for each production delay.
④ In case of equipment failure, the equipment maintenance personnel shall timely repair and solve the problem after receiving the notice. If the problem cannot be solved, it shall be reported to the company in time. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment with fault. If the product quality problem is caused by equipment failure, and the workers report for repair, the maintenance personnel delay and do not repair in time, the person in charge of maintenance shall be punished for the quality problem according to this provision.
