Precise control of outer diameter deviation of products

 

Due to the continuous production of copper wire drawing equipment, the wire drawing speed will gradually be out of sync with the annealing speed. During wire drawing, the wire diameter will appear discontinuous and irregular large segments and small segments due to the fast and slow traction speed. The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:

 

1. The tension on the wire storage roller is unstable, and there may be many places where the air pressure is used in the production workshop, which will cause the air pressure of the air pump of the wire drawing machine to be higher and lower, which will also make the tension of the wire storage roller not constant. Because the speed of take-up is constant, this will make the tension on the wire drawing not constant, which may cause the deviation of the outer diameter of the single wire to be unable to accurately control.

 

2. The copper wire shakes on the annealing wheel, which makes the copper wire anneal when it is loose and tight. The annealing current density is high and low, while the strength of the copper wire is low at a high speed, so it is easy to cause the copper wire to ignite on the annealing wheel, resulting in uneven wire diameter on the surface of the copper wire due to the effect of spark.

 

3. The wear caused by the long-term use of the main motor gearbox can make the speed of the constant speed wheel of wire drawing not match with the traction speed and take-up speed, thus forming a single wire drawing.

 

Solution: Lubricate the wire accumulator well to prevent it from causing reverse friction force on the wire when it is running at high speed, which will lead to wire thinning; Adjust the tension of the wire so that the drawing stroke is always close to the annealing wheel; Ensure the steel ring of annealing wheel is in good condition to avoid unstable annealing current due to surface defects of steel ring.

 

Re mold the wire drawing machine according to the actual situation of the wire drawing machine: adjust according to the wire drawing principle to make the annealing wheel rotate speed /Fixed speed wheel speed=forward slip coefficient × fixed speed wheel diameter / The diameter of the annealing wheel, of which the diameters of the speed fixing wheel and the annealing wheel are known, and the speed of the speed fixing wheel and the annealing wheel can also be measured , From this, the forward slip coefficient can be obtained, and the die can be reconfigured according to the slip coefficient, so that the die can meet the requirements.

 

Causes of surface oxidation of single wire drawn by wire drawing machine

 

1. The temperature of cooling water in the seal chamber is too high, exceeding forty In this way, the sealing chamber can not achieve the required cooling effect on the monofilament, resulting in the monofilament still having a high temperature after annealing and being oxidized when encountering oxygen in the air at high temperature.

 

2. The saponified liquid content of the coolant in the seal chamber is not enough, which will increase the friction between the monofilament and each guide wheel, and then raise the monofilament temperature again, resulting in the oxidation of the monofilament surface.

 

3. The water pressure and amount of cooling water in the sealing chamber are not enough, so that the monofilament can not achieve satisfactory cooling effect.

 

Solution: frequently check whether the equipment for cooling circulating water operates normally and whether the cooling effect is normal; Add substances that can improve the concentration of saponified liquid in the sealing chamber after a certain time, so as to change the content of saponified liquid in the cooling water and ensure the normal operation of monofilament on the guide wheel; Regularly check whether the water pressure of circulating water is normal, and constantly change the pressure and water volume of cooling water entering the sealing chamber according to the change of water pressure during production.

 

Causes of frequent wire breakage in wire drawing production

 

1. The sizing area of the wire drawing die will become larger due to normal wear during continuous production.

 

2. All kinds of rod quality problems, in the production process, the rod irregularly appears quality defects, which makes the monofilament broken by various unpredictable tension in the drawing deformation. This situation seldom occurs when the rod material is good.

 

3. During production, the annealing current is not constant, the current is suddenly high, and the single wire is pulled off or fused by sudden strong current during annealing.

 

Solution: Before production, the copper rod to be produced shall be fully self inspected to find the quality defects of the copper rod in time, and corresponding countermeasures shall be found according to different situations, or the drawing speed shall be reduced, or the defective parts in this section shall be eliminated. During production, constantly observe whether the annealing current of wire drawing is normal, especially when it is just started, pay special attention to the change of annealing current, adjust the annealing current according to the change of line speed, and then make the annealing current slowly increase with the increase of line speed to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
