Standard: GB/T12706.1-2008
Purpose: copper core and aluminum core for fixed installation with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below in distribution network or industrial device power cable 。
Use requirements:
1. The allowable long-term working temperature of PVC insulated cable conductor shall not exceed 70 ℃,
The conductor of XLPE insulated cable is allowed to work at a temperature not exceeding 90 ℃ for a long time.
2. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0 ℃.
3. Cable laying:
① The bending radius of single core unarmored cable shall not be less than 20 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
② The bending radius of single core armored cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
③ The bending radius of multi-core unarmored cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
④ The bending radius of multi-core armored cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Product performance:
1.20 ℃ conductor DC resistance shall meet the requirements of GB/T3956-2008.
2. AC voltage test: 3.5kV voltage for 5 minutes without breakdown.
