3、 The moisture-proof packaging of insulation materials of cable accessories shall be well sealed, and shall be stored and kept according to the material performance and storage requirements.
4、 Fire retardant materials such as fire retardant coating, wrapping tape and blocking material shall be stored and kept according to material performance and storage requirements.
5、 Cable trays shall be kept by category and shall not be deformed due to stress.
Article 2.0.5 During the storage of the cable, the cable reel and package shall be intact, the signs shall be complete, and the sealing end shall be tight. In case of any defect, it shall be handled in time. The oil pressure of oil filled cable shall be checked frequently and recorded. The oil pressure shall not drop to the lowest value. When the oil pressure drops to zero or vacuum occurs, it shall be handled in time. Chapter III Processing and Laying of Cable Pipes Article 3.0.1 Cable pipes shall be free of holes, cracks and obvious unevenness, and the inner wall shall be smooth; The metal cable pipe shall not be severely rusted. Rigid plastic pipes shall not be used in places where the temperature is too high or too low.
Pipes with sufficient strength shall be used in places prone to mechanical damage and directly buried in places with high stress.
Article 3.0.2 The processing of cable ducts shall meet the following requirements:
1、 The nozzle should be free of burrs and sharp edges, and should be made into a trumpet shape.
2、 After bending, the cable pipe shall be free of cracks and obvious concave, and its bending degree shall not be greater than 10% of the pipe outer diameter; The bending radius of the cable pipe shall not be less than the minimum allowable bending radius of the penetrated cable.
3、 The metal cable pipe shall be coated with anti-corrosion paint or asphalt on the surface, and the zinc layer of galvanized pipe shall also be coated with anti-corrosion paint at the peeling point.
Article 3.0.3 The ratio of the inner diameter of the cable pipe to the outer diameter of the cable shall not be less than 1.5; In addition to meeting the above requirements, the inner diameter of concrete pipe, clay pipe and asbestos cement pipe should not be less than 100mm.
Article 3.0.4 The number of bends for each cable duct shall not exceed 3, and the number of right angle bends shall not exceed 2.
Article 3.0.5 The exposed laying of cable pipe shall meet the following requirements:
1、 The cable pipe shall be firmly installed; The distance between the support points of cable ducts should not exceed 3m when there is no design specification.
2、 When the linear length of the plastic pipe exceeds 30m, expansion joints should be added.
