New energy cable During the acceptance of laying and installation, inspection shall be carried out according to the following requirements:
1、 Cable specifications shall comply with regulations; Orderly arranged without mechanical damage; The signboard shall be installed completely, correctly and clearly.
2、 Fixation, bending radius, relevant distance and single core of cable power cable The wiring and phase sequence arrangement of the metal sheath shall meet the requirements.
3、 The oil supply system of cable terminal, cable joint and oil filled cable shall be installed firmly without leakage; The oil pressure and gauge setting value of oil filled cable shall meet the requirements.
4、 The grounding shall be good; The grounding resistance of oil filled cable and sheath protector shall comply with the design. 5、 The phase color of cable terminal shall be correct, and the anti-corrosion coating of metal parts such as cable support shall be intact.
6、 The cable trench shall be free of sundries, the cover plate shall be complete, the tunnel shall be free of sundries, and the lighting, ventilation, drainage and other facilities shall comply with the design.
7、 The path sign of directly buried cable shall be consistent with the actual path. The path signs shall be clear, firm, properly spaced, and conform to the requirements of 5.4.6.
8、 On both sides of the underwater cable line, signs and night lighting devices in the anchorage free area shall comply with the design.
9、 The fire prevention measures shall conform to the design and the construction quality shall be qualified.
Article 8.0.2 Concealed works shall be subject to intermediate acceptance during construction, and shall be properly signed.
Article 8.0.3 During acceptance, the following data and technical documents shall be submitted:
1、 The protocol file of the cable route.
2、 Design data and drawings, cable list, supporting documents for design change and as built drawings.
3、 The laying location map of directly buried cable transmission line should be 1:500. It shall not be less than 1:100 for sections with dense underground pipelines, and 1:1000 for sections with few pipelines and simple terrain; A drawing should be shared for parallel cable lines. The relative position of each line must be indicated on the drawing, and there must be a sectional drawing indicating underground pipelines.
4、 Technical documents such as product instructions, test records, qualification certificates and installation drawings provided by the manufacturer.
5、 Technical records of concealed works.
6、 Original record of cable route:
The model and specification of the cable and its actual total laying length and section length, the type and installation date of the cable terminal and connector;
2. Name and model of insulation materials filled in cable terminals and joints.
7、 Test records.
