1. Charging pile cable conductor
-Number of cores: 2,3,4,5 with or without signal control wire - conductor belongs to category 6 in EN60228
-Tinned or non tinned
-Recommended line section: 0,5; 1; 1,5； 2,5； 4； 6； 10； 16mm2
2. Cable isolation layer of charging pile
It is allowed to use suitable material isolation layer to wrap the conductor
3. Cable insulation of charging pile
-The conductor must be covered with the specified insulating material
-The insulation must be extruded and solid and uniform. The insulation itself, conductor or existing tin coating must not be damaged after removing the insulation
-The specified value of insulation thickness shall comply with the standard. The average value of insulation thickness shall not be less than the specified value, and the thickness of the thinnest part of insulation shall not be less than 90% - 0,1mm of the specified value
4. Charging pile cable core and filling
-Core wire must be twisted
-Center packing is allowed
5. Cable inner protective layer of charging pile (if any)
- The stranded core must be covered by an inner sheath of the same material as the outer sheath or insulation
- The inner sheath must be extruded on the insulated core, allowing the gap between the embedded insulated cores to form a real circle
- There shall be no harmful effect between the inner sheath and insulation
- The inner sheath shall not adhere to the insulated core wire
- The specified value of inner sheath thickness must comply with the standard
6. Cable shield of charging pile
-Shields woven with bare copper wire or tinned copper wire shall be wrapped on the inner sheath
-The nominal diameter of the copper wire shall conform to the standard given value
-The total number of splices, splices and angles, and filling coefficient within the shielding length of 100mm must meet the standard requirements
7. Cable sheath or outer sheath of charging pile
-Shielded or stranded cores must be covered with the specified sheath material
-The outer sheath must be single-layer extruded and closely matched, but not adhered to the shield or core wire
-The specified value of sheath thickness shall comply with the standard.
The average thickness of the sheath shall not be less than the specified value, and the thickness of the thinnest part of the sheath shall not be less than 85% - 0,1mm of the specified value
