1、 Daily safety of workshop
1. Wear safety helmet according to regulations, and those with long hair must coil it into the safety helmet.
2. Wear work clothes according to regulations. The work clothes must not be opened. The buttons must be fastened and the zipper must be closed.
3. Wear gloves reasonably as required.
4. Sandals and high-heeled shoes are not allowed.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the production area.
6. The fire extinguisher shall be stored in the designated location and shall not be used at will.
7. When operating the crane, strictly follow the crane operation regulations.
8. Do not approach rotating equipment (frame and traction of frame winch, pay off rack of coiling winch, wrapping head, rotating traction, pay off), and keep a safe distance.
9. Pay attention to rolling tools in the workshop. Rolling tools should be slow to prevent them from crushing or hitting people or equipment. When the reel rolls or does not stop stably, it is not allowed to scratch or kick wood blocks or other objects as blocks to prevent hands and feet from being crushed. Personnel shall not climb on the reel to prevent rolling of the reel from hurting people.
10. The power distribution cabinet shall not be opened at will. The equipment operator must keep his hands dry when closing and opening the switch. Hold the knife switch handle or air switch to quickly close and open the switch. Do not touch conductive parts to prevent electric shock. After the operation, close the power distribution cabinet door in time.
11. When two or more people operate the equipment, they must notify each operator in advance before starting.
12. Keep hands dry when pressing the button to prevent electric leakage from hurting people.
13. If it is necessary to contact the transmission parts of the machine, the machine must be stopped and the power must be turned off.
14. When switching the power supply of the electric control cabinet, the hands should be dry, and the power connector and copper bar should not be touched to prevent electric shock. When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to open the door of the electric control cabinet to prevent electrical circuit damage or injury.
15. After work, stop the machine and cut off the power supply of production equipment and auxiliary equipment.
2、 Wire drawing production safety (copper medium drawing, aluminum large drawing)
1. Pay off and aluminum rod joint
(1) When the pay off pole is in disorder, it is not allowed to take risks to start up and manage the line separately to prevent safety accidents.
(2) Prevent the aluminum rod from springing to people when the vehicle speed is too fast.
(3) When lifting the aluminum rod, pay attention to the stable operation of the crane to prevent shaking and breaking the tie rod. The lifting personnel should keep a distance from the aluminum rod. When holding the aluminum rod, the fingers cannot be embedded in the aluminum rod.
(4) During the welding of aluminum rod, it is necessary to wear protective glasses and keep people at the side of the welding machine to avoid being burned by welding sparks.
2. Rolling head threading
(1) During head rolling, the incoming direction of the rod material shall be opposite to the rolling rotation direction of the rolling wheel to prevent the hand from being brought in due to misoperation.
(2) During the initial operation of the clamping block clamping the wire rod during the head rolling machine drawing, attention shall be paid to prevent hands from being pinched by the clamping block and the drum.
(3) When the head rolling machine matched with the aluminum big drawing machine is working, people should keep a safe distance from the cutter to prevent being cut.
(4) The head rolling machine shall be operated by one person to prevent injury caused by improper cooperation.
(5) After the completion of threading, close the threading machine, and do not open it when not in use.
(6) When threading the mold, be sure to coordinate the operation between the hand and the drum to prevent the wire core from strangling the hand.
3. Winding up and footwall
(1) Pay attention to anti-collision and anti pressure when loading and unloading the reel, and pay attention to pedestrians when pushing the reel to prevent injuries.
(2) During production, the wire is broken and the reel is changed. When people are close to the rotating take-up reel, they should approach from the side of the reel, and cover the face with their hands to prevent the thread head from hurting people.
4. Copper medium tension annealing
(1) Do not open the steam until the softening chamber is closed in place. Before opening the softening chamber, close the steam first.
(2) After the steam is connected, the pipeline is at high temperature to prevent scalding.
(3) After the steam is connected, the inlet of the softening chamber line is sprayed with hot water and steam gas to prevent burns.
5. During the production of the product, the body shall not touch the running product.
6. During production, prevent the overflow of wire drawing oil or wire drawing fluid. If there is oil stain on the ground, clean it in time to prevent slipping and falling.
3、 Strand production safety
1. Setting out
(1) When loosening the thread on the plate, prevent the thread from popping out and hurting people.
(2) When loading and unloading the reel, prevent hands and feet from being pressed by the reel.
(3) At the end of production, pay more attention to observe the setting out to prevent the line from being pulled off on the tray and hurting people.
2. Skein
(1) When operating the upper and lower plates of the hanging plate mechanism, the operation must be in accordance with the specifications to prevent the plates from falling.
(2) During normal operation, the winch hanging trolley shall be about 40cm away from the winch. Personnel shall not enter between the hanging trolley and the winch, and attention shall be paid to maintaining a proper safety distance from the winch.
(3) When the brake of the production winch is not clamped, it is not allowed to climb or clean near the winch.
(4) During production, the personnel shall keep a distance from the junction board and single line of the stranding body, and it is forbidden to stretch their hands into the single line.
3. Traction
(1) During operation, it is forbidden to walk along the wire with your hand on the stranded wire to avoid being crushed.
(2) Do not approach the traction gear transmission part.
4. Take-up
(1) When taking up the wire, the hand should be far away from the pressing point of the stranded wire (about 1m above) to prevent the hand from being pressed under the stranded wire.
(2) Pay attention to the presser foot and bumping of the take-up reel when it is up and down, rolling and lifting.
(3) When cutting strands, strictly follow the operating instructions of the cutting machine.
4、 Annealing furnace production safety
1. When lifting the tray, strictly follow the crane operation procedures, pay attention to safety, and avoid injury to products, personnel and equipment.
2. The tray mounting bracket is stable and will not roll freely.
3. When loading and taking out slings, the personnel shall stand on the trolley to prevent falling down without standing firmly.
4. Annealed pans and conductors are of high temperature, and they are placed in the designated area to be cooled (with area identification for high temperature). When operating, personnel should avoid scalding.
5、 Cabling production safety
1. Pay off stand
(1) When the pay off rack is mounted and dismounted, the traveling crane shall be operated in strict accordance with the traveling crane operation regulations, and shall be slow and stable to prevent people from being crushed or hit.
(2) Personnel shall not approach the pay off stand when it is rotating.
(3) During production, pay attention that the paying off tension shall not be too large to prevent the insulation wire from being broken and damaged by spring.
2. Filling rope paying off
(1) There is a round steel protruding from the pay off rack of the filling rope, so as to prevent bumping and pricking when operating close to it.
(2) When the filling rope at the stranding point is connected, the paper tape is used to connect the tail end of the coil in use with the outer end of the connected coil. During production, the operator's hands shall not be close to the stranding point to prevent fingers from being trapped in the stranding point. The 1250 cabling machine needs to be shut down when replacing the filler rope.
3. Wrapping machine
(1) When the wrapping machine is working, the protective cover must be closed.
(2) Cut and cut the wrapping tape to prevent hands from being cut.
4. Rotating traction and take-up
(1) During production, people shall not get close to the rotating traction and take-up.
(2) During tension and compression operation of traction, hands shall not stretch into the belt.
(3) Take up the line and lower the wall, and operate the crane in strict accordance with the crane operation regulations, so as to be slow and stable, and prevent being crushed and hit.
6、 Interlocking armor, steel belt armor, double-layer paper wrapping machine production safety

2. When carrying aluminum alloy belt and steel belt, gloves must be worn to prevent being cut.

5. During tension and compression operation of traction, hands shall not stretch into the belt.
7、 Production safety of extrusion machine
1. Take in and take out the line and lower the wall, and operate the crane in strict accordance with the crane operation regulations, so as to be slow and stable, and prevent being crushed and hit.
2. When climbing the observation platform, pay attention to balance to prevent falling.
3. For crawler type traction, hands shall not reach into the belt during tensioning and pressing operations and equipment operation.
4. The extrusion host and head are high temperature parts. Do not touch the head, mold or outgoing line under high temperature with bare hands. Wear gloves to prevent scalding. When disassembling the head and screw, prevent falling and hurting.
5. When operating the spark machine, strictly follow the operating procedures of the spark machine to prevent electric shock.
6. At least 3 people shall operate when reeling in and changing reels to prevent people from being drawn into coils or reeling in.
8、 Steam crosslinking production safety
1. The steam generator shall be operated in accordance with the equipment operating procedures. During pressure relief and blowdown, attention shall be paid to ensure that there is no personnel at the discharge outlet to prevent scalding others.
2. Do not open the cover plate of the crosslinking tank when it is working. When the cover plate is opened, the operator should be more than 1m away from the cross-linking pool mouth to prevent hot gas burns.
3. The steam pipeline is high temperature and must not be touched to prevent scalding.
4. When hoisting insulated wire reel with crane, strictly follow the crane operation procedures to prevent personnel and products from being hit.
5. When the hot water in the cross-linking pool is discharged, attention shall be paid to ensure that no one is at the outlet to prevent scalding others.
6. If it is found that the steam generator is still working when the pressure is 0.4 MPa higher than the safety pressure, the equipment shall be immediately shut down and the power supply shall be cut off.
9、 Safe use of lapping machine
1. The upper and lower discs shall be prevented from being bruised when rolling the disc.
2. Before starting the machine, make sure that the winding baffle is locked firmly to prevent people from flying out during operation
3. Do not go out for paying off when starting up.
4. During coiling, an effective safety distance shall be kept from the coiling to prevent the coiling.
5. When reeling the bobbin thread, slow down to prevent the thread head from being thrown out.
10、 Operation safety of power frequency spark machine
1. The power frequency spark machine shall not be used without effective and reliable grounding.
2. Before operation, first check whether the equipment is safe and reliable, and the surroundings should be clean
3. When working, no one is allowed to touch the baht chain of the power frequency spark machine with hands or other objects to avoid injuries caused by high voltage.
11、 Safe use of air compressor
1. Only when the power supply has been cut off and the compressed air in the whole air compressor system has been vented (the pressure in the unit is equal to the atmospheric pressure) can the unit be overhauled or maintained.
2. Before starting, turn on the power supply of the air compressor for a very short time (inching for about 1 second) to check whether the rotation direction of the air compressor is correct, or the screw group of the air compressor may be damaged within a few minutes.
3. Ensure that the machine can inhale pure gas without flammable, explosive and toxic gas during operation.
4. Ensure that all joints and accessories are firm before unit operation.
5. Do not loosen or remove any accessories, connectors and components during operation to avoid serious injury accidents.
6. The air switch, fuse and other safety devices must be installed on the power supply circuit of the air compressor to ensure the reliability of electrical equipment. Be sure to connect appropriate grounding wires according to the safety regulations of relevant departments.
7. The air compressor cannot work above the exhaust pressure set on the nameplate, or the motor will be overloaded, which will cause the unit shutdown.
8. The safety valve is installed on the oil-gas separator. When the gas pressure in the system exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will act. At this time, check the cause of overpressure and eliminate the fault.
9. Do not use corrosive chemical solvents to clean the air compressor and auxiliary equipment.
10. The air compressor cannot be directly used as the equipment for producing breathing air.
11. When the unit is running, the box door should be closed, and can only be opened for a short time during inspection. However, attention should be paid to the injury of moving parts and high-temperature parts to human body, and ear protection should be worn. Do not leave anything on the unit or inside the unit.
12. The pressure vessel shall not be repaired by welding, and the inside of the machine or pressure vessel shall not be inspected by open flame light source.
13、 Safety of hydraulic packer
1. Before operation, wear tight protective clothing with cuffs fastened. The hem of the jacket cannot be opened. Do not wear, take off or change clothes near the machine tool that is running, or wrap around the body to prevent the machine from being twisted. Safety helmet must be worn. Braids should be put into the helmet. Skirts and slippers are not allowed;
2. When the machine is running or packing, it is not allowed to repair or touch moving parts with hands, and it is forbidden to press materials with hands or feet in the material box;
3. Stop the machine immediately in case of serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon during operation. Do not look at the place where the oil is sprayed. Do not block it with your hands directly. Do not force the machine to operate with fault;
4. It is not allowed to operate by more than one person at the same time to avoid the danger of misoperation.
14、 Forklift safety
1. The driver must receive professional training and drive with a license.
2. Drivers are not allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol, overweight, superelevation or overspeed. They should give way safely, honk their horns at corners and drive slowly. They are not allowed to stop and place randomly. People are not allowed to stand under the fork arm.
3. When the forklift is running, no one is allowed to stand on the fork (or the object it is forked), and no one is allowed to ride in the cab.
15、 Operating Procedures for Safe Operation of Train Operation
(1) Rules for crane operators:
1. The crane operator shall wear gloves to operate the remote control to avoid misoperation and out of control;
2. When the crane is in fault for maintenance, stop at a safe place, cut off the power supply, and hang a warning sign of "No switching on";
3. After the work is completed, the crane shall stop at the specified position;
4. Before starting, carefully check whether the mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment and the protective devices are intact and reliable. If the controller brake, limiter, emergency switch and other main accessories fail, lifting is strictly prohibited.
5. You must obey the command of the hook lifting personnel, but stop immediately for the emergency stop signal sent by anyone.
6. When approaching the winch limiter, approaching the terminal or meeting the adjacent traveling crane, the speed shall be slow. It is not allowed to use reverse train instead of braking, limit position instead of parking, and emergency switch instead of ordinary switch.
7. When the work stops, the lifting object shall not be suspended in the air. During operation, when there are people on the ground or the lifting parts are dropped, the vehicle shall stop to give way. It is forbidden to lift objects over people's heads. Lifting objects shall not be too high off the ground.
8. When two cranes lift an object at the same time, follow the command and step in step.
9. The maintenance crane shall stop at a safe place, cut off the power supply and hang a warning sign of "No switching on". Fence shall be set on the ground and the sign of "No Passage" shall be hung.
10. When lifting heavy tonnage objects, try to lift them slightly off the ground to confirm that the lifting is stable and the braking is good, and then lift them up and run slowly. It is not allowed to run in multiple directions at the same time.
(2) Driving safety
1. Before starting, all parts of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that they are in a safe state before starting. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment with defects.
2. When using, the control button must be inched first to determine the correct driving direction. During driving, the hook must not collide with any object. The empty running height of the hook must be more than two meters above the ground.
3. Before the hook is close to the workpiece, it must be jogged slowly. It is forbidden to use reverse instead of braking.
4. Before lifting, the weight of the lifted object must be confirmed, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.
5. The sling used for overweight must be firm and reliable, and must be lifted according to the lifting position. It is strictly prohibited to lift the workpiece with rubber belt. When lifting heavy objects, the inching test must be carried out first to ensure the mechanical braking performance of the crane and the stability and reliability of the lifted objects.
6. It is not allowed to pull or hoist the hoisted objects askew to ensure that the hook is vertical. When the hoisted objects are running, the height from the ground shall not exceed 10 cm. The hoisting position of the lifting rope must be reasonable and reliable, and the hoisting must be safe.
7. When lifting, no person shall stand up or down on the workpiece, and no floating objects shall be placed on the workpiece. When the heavy objects are suspended in the air, the heavy objects shall be processed. It is strictly prohibited to place hands directly under the workpiece for operation.
8. After use, it is forbidden to release the control button box at will to avoid shaking and collision.
9. After the work is completed, the traveling crane must be parked at the second end of the workshop, and the trolley must be parked at either end of the cart, and the power switch on the control button box must be turned off.
(3) Crane operators must follow the principle of "Ten No Lifting"
1. Do not hoist when the rated load is exceeded;
2. The work site is dark and cannot be seen clearly. Do not lift the object for the first time or the command is unclear;
3. Lifting ropes and accessories are not securely bound, and do not lift if they do not meet the safety requirements;
4. Do not lift if the crane suspends heavy objects for processing directly;
5. Do not hang when pulling or hanging;
6. Do not lift the workpiece if there are people standing on it or moving objects;
7. Do not lift oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and other explosive materials;
8. Do not lift those with edges and corners and whose quick opening is not well padded;
9. Do not lift objects with unknown weight or buried objects;
10. The management personnel do not lift in violation of rules and regulations;
