1) Cable laying requirements
1. The cable steel support must be in correct position, firmly welded, neatly arranged, and provided with anti-corrosion treatment;
2. The cable steel support shall be reliably grounded, and the grounding wire shall be connected by lap welding, and the welding length must meet the specification requirements;
3. The specification, span of supports and hangers and anti-corrosion type of cable ladder (trunking) must meet the design or specification requirements.
4. The metal cable pipe shall be free of perforation, crack, obvious unevenness, serious corrosion, etc.
5. The following inspections shall be carried out before cable laying:
(1) The cable model, voltage and specification shall conform to the design;
(2) The cable insulation is good, and the directly buried cable shall pass the test;
6. The distance between cable support points shall not be greater than:
(1) Power cable: horizontal spacing 1m, vertical spacing 2m;
(2) Control cable: 0.8m horizontal spacing, 1m vertical spacing;
7. If the average temperature of the cable storage location within 24 hours before laying and the temperature of the laying site are lower than the following temperatures, measures should be taken, otherwise, the cable should not be laid.
(1) Plastic insulated power cable :0℃
(2) PVC insulated PVC sheath: - 10 ℃
8. The installation of signboards must meet the following requirements:
(1) Signboards shall be installed at cable terminals, cable joints, bends, both ends of trenches and shafts, and in manholes.
(2) The line number shall be indicated on the signboard. If there is no serial number, the cable model, specification and starting and ending places shall be indicated. The writing of the signboard shall be clear and not easy to fall off.
(3) The specification of the signboard should be uniform, which should be corrosion resistant and securely hung.
